Leg lift
Place yourself on a bench with her back downwards. Make sure you have the legs off the bench at about the lower back. Lie with legs straight out and then lift your legs so it stands straight up. Then go down to the starting position and repeat the movement as many times as you can or as many times as you wish.

Oblique crunches

Lie down on the page, make sure the legs are a bit bent. Have arms behind your head and pull yourself up as much as possible. Then return to the starting position and repeat movement. Will it be too easy, you can hold a weight plate behind your head.

Crunch
Position yourself so that you stand with your back to the bench. Lift up your legs and pull your torso upward as far as you can. Then return to the starting position. Repeat the movement as many times as you can or as many times as you wish. Is there too easily, you can hold a weight plate behind your head.
